The clock starts once I have your content — logo, photos, and text. I give you a simple checklist at kickoff so gathering it is painless.
Kickoff
We meet briefly, you pick a design direction, and I give you a one-page checklist for your logo, photos, text, and hours.
Build
I build the site and set up your editing dashboard. You don't need to do anything during this step.
Review
You get a private preview link. Two rounds of revisions are included so we can get it right.
Launch
I connect your domain, verify security, and walk you through the dashboard in a 30-minute handover call. Your email is never affected.
Pricing
Two options. No hidden fees.
Own it — $1,200 one time
- Up to 5 pages, contact form, map, and social links

- Hosting set up in your name (typically $0–10/month)
- You own the site outright at final payment
- Two rounds of revisions included
- 50% deposit to book, 50% at launch
Managed — $150 setup + $49/month
- Everything in the one-time option, plus:
- Hosting, security, and monitoring handled for you
- Up to 30 minutes of content updates each month
- Updates completed within 3 business days
- Cancel any time with 30 days' notice
- Buy the site out later if you want full ownership
Need more than 5 pages, online booking, or a shop? Extra pages are $150 each, and I'll quote bigger features up front so you only pay for what you need.
Common questions
The things everyone asks.
Will my email go down during the switch?
No. Your website and your email run on separate systems. Your email stays untouched and working the whole time.
Do I have to hand over my domain or passwords?
No. Your domain stays registered in your name. I'll walk you through a quick settings change — about 60 seconds — so you never share your main passwords.
What happens if I cancel the monthly plan?
With 30 days' notice, I'll either transfer the site to hosting in your own name or take it down — your choice. Your domain always remains yours.
What if I want changes after the two included revision rounds?
Additional changes are billed at $60/hour, quoted before any work starts so there are no surprises.
